• Promotions and discounts apply only to new bookings and do not apply to sessions that have already been completed or paid for.
• Each promotion applies only to the services specified in its description.
• The conditions of individual promotions may vary: the list of services, the amount of the discount, the duration and the specifics of application are determined individually.
• The VEAN TATTOO network reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate promotions without prior notice.
• The client is responsible for providing accurate information, documents and promo codes.

• To participate in a promotion, a new booking must be created and the administrator must be informed of the intention to use a promotion or discount.
• A promotion may be applied via online booking on the website or by presenting a promo code / screenshot of confirmation to the administrator on site.
• If there is a limitation on the number of available places or sessions specified in the promotion terms, the studio reserves the right to refuse the application of the discount.

Discounts for new clients

• Valid for clients who have not previously used the services of any studio within the VEAN TATTOO network.
• The client is obliged to inform the administrator about the application of a promotion or discount at the time of booking.

• To apply personal discounts, original documents must be presented. Copies and photographs are not accepted.

Birthday discount

• Valid 2 days before and 4 days after the birthday.
• A document with the date of birth is required (passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.).

Student discount

• A valid student ID, ISIC card or a certificate from an educational institution is required.

Discount for military personnel

• One of the following documents is required: veteran ID, military ID with current entries, service ID or a certificate from a military unit.
• The discount is granted only to the individual who personally presents the documents and proof of identity.
• The benefit is individual and non-transferable.

Discount for emergency services

• A document confirming identity or affiliation with emergency services is required.
• The client must inform about the discount at the time of booking.
• The discount is individual and non-transferable.

• Accrued in accordance with the rules of the loyalty program.
• Not combinable with promotions, discounts or promotional certificates.
• May be used as part of the payment together with promotions or gift certificates, if permitted by the promotion terms.

• The possibility of applying promotions, discounts and VEAN COINS to services provided by top artists is clarified at the time of booking.

• The client is obliged to provide accurate documents and information for the application of promotions and discounts.
• VEAN TATTOO reserves the right to verify documents and request additional confirmation in case of doubt.
• In the event of inaccurate documents or an attempt at fraud, the studio reserves the right to refuse the application of the promotion.
• All disputed issues are resolved by the studio administration in accordance with these regulations and the internal rules of the network.
