Reservation Guarantee
To confirm your booking, a minimum deposit of 5% of the total service cost is required.
This deposit serves as a guarantee for both parties, enabling us to efficiently plan our work schedule and ensure preparations are made for your session.
Cancellation Terms:
- For Tattoo Services: If you cancel your appointment 48 hours or more before the scheduled session, your deposit will be returned as a gift certificate. If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.
- For Piercing Services: You must cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within this timeframe, your deposit will be returned as a gift certificate. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.
Rescheduling Appointments:
You may reschedule your booking to a more convenient time prior to the session, subject to availability. When rescheduling, your deposit remains valid and can be applied to the new appointment date.
